Core Stretch

Focus on the core with gentle stretching and strengthening exercises

Service Description

Spend 30 minutes on a full-body barbell workout and 30 minutes doing CORE exercises for a strong, lean, and toned body concentrating on the glutes and the abdomen. During the workout, trained Instructors guide you through correct techniques as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Plus there are some hip, butt, and lower back exercises too.
