Certified in spinning, kickboxing, Zumba, and Yo-chi with 12 years experience as a Group Fitness Instructor, Lovely is also certified in Group Ex and Les Mills (Body Combat, Body Pump, BodyFlow, Barre, STRONG).
Marsha offers kind, caring, professional attention to your children's needs in our clean and spacious daycare center. You can enjoy your workout knowing your children are in a safe, enjoyable environment.
Group Ex Instructor/ Martial Arts
A 2nd-degree black belt in Cuong Nhu, she teaches cardiokickbox, HIIT & martial arts. Certified in group exercise, this mother of 4 believes that “a crucial part of taking care of your family is taking care of yourself.”
Group Ex / Zumba Instructor
This mother of two has been teaching Zumba for a little over 10 years. Being a mom, she takes nothing seriously and her aim is to make classes as fun and calorie-torching as possible!
Group EX/ Spin Instructor
Melissa teaches Spinning and CSI (Cardio Strength Intervals). As a full-time working mom who KNOWS the struggle of getting to the gym, her motivation is to inspire & challenge you to reach your limits.
Group EX / Les Mills Instructor
Glorimar Ramos -Rivera
A native of Puerto Rico, Glori is Group EX certified with the American Council of Exercise. She has three Les Mills Certs: Body Step, Body Pump, and Grit. Her goal is to provide each participant with an exceptional workout!

I’m a single mom of 3 amazing, grown kids and have a wonderful man in my life! I’ve had a passion for health and fitness for over 35 years and would love to share my knowledge with you on the bike!
Group Ex / Les Mills Instructor
This mother of 2 boys is not only an AFAA certified instructor, she is also an Electrical Engineer for the Dept. of the Navy who loves traveling and scuba diving! Favorite Les Mills formats are Barre, BodyPump, Body Step, and Spin.

Chandra, the mother of 2 grown children, passionately believes yoga is not just beneficial for the body but also for the mind and soul. She aspires to help others discover better health & lessen stress through yoga and meditation.

A mother of three teenagers, Charlene has been spinning for over 10 years and loves the challenges of the spin bike. Join her for a journey through hills, valleys, and varieties of terrain to challenge the body & achieve your fitness goals.

Megan Stafford Dolezel
Megan has been a spin instructor since early 2019 but has been on the bike for several years. Her teaching style is that of enjoying the beat while sweating a ton. Come for the music and stay for the fun!
As an instructor for over 10 years, Joyce believes that Yoga is all-inclusive and can be accessible through breath work, strengthening flow, and meditation. This is the start of sustainable Yoga practice for young and old.
