TaZyia has been with Potomac Total Fitness for two years, and the General Manager for the since 2022. Her enthusiasm and positive energy are reflected in the constant improvements to our facility and programs. 

Certified Group Ex instructor with 12 years of experience in SPIN, Kickboxing, Zumba, Pilates, Bootcamp, Yo-chi, and Yoga. Lovely is also a certified personal trainer, including Aqua and Nutrition. 

Marsha offers kind, caring, professional attention to your children's needs in our clean and spacious daycare center. You can enjoy your workout knowing  your children are in a safe, enjoyable environment.

A 2nd-degree black belt in Cuong Nhu, she teaches cardiokickbox, HIIT & martial arts. Certified in group exercise, this mother of 4 believes that “a crucial part of taking care of your family is taking care of yourself.”

This mother of two has been teaching Zumba for a little over 10 years. Being a mom, she takes nothing seriously and her aim is to make classes as fun and calorie-torching as possible! 

Melissa teaches Spinning and CSI (Cardio Strength Intervals). As a full-time working mom who KNOWS the struggle of getting to the gym, her motivation is to inspire & challenge you to reach your limits. 

A native of Puerto Rico, Glori is Group EX certified with the American Council of Exercise Glori's specialties include SPIN, HIIT, CORE, and Muscle Mania. Her goal is to provide each participant with an exceptional workout! 

I’m a single mom of 3 amazing, grown kids and have a wonderful man in my life! I’ve had a passion for health and fitness for over 35 years and would love to share my knowledge with you on the bike!

This mother of 2 boys is not only an AFAA certified instructor, she is also an Electrical Engineer for the Dept. of the Navy who loves traveling and scuba diving! Melba leads classes in Step It Up, Muscle Mania, and Boot Camp. 

Chandra, the mother of 2 grown children, passionately believes yoga is not just beneficial for the body but also for the mind and soul. She aspires to help others discover better health & lessen stress through yoga and meditation. 

A certified Zumba Strong and Zumba Step instructor, Tondra also has a B.S. degree from Spalding University and

works at St. Mary's Hospital Laboratory. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, and crafting. 

Megan has been a spin instructor since early 2019 but has been on the bike for several years. Her teaching style is that of enjoying the beat while sweating a ton. Come for the music and stay for the fun!

Mag is an ACE Certified group fitness instructor who teches Boot Camp, TBC, and HIIT. She will adapt and customize all workouts to make sure everyone leaves class feeling their best.

Brianna Greenwell provides kindness and attentive care for all the children who visit our daycare facility.
